Birth Support Package
$2500Â $1000
This package includes:

2 in-person prenatal visits (2-3 hours each) where we'll cover birth planning and preparation, postpartum planning, comfort measures, etc.
​
Ongoing emotional and physical support throughout labor and delivery
​
2 postpartum visits* (2 hours each) where we'll debrief your birth experience, I'll provide basic lactation and newborn care support, check in on your physical recovery, and connect you to any relevant local or online resources
​
My 20-page booklet of evidence-based educational handouts and birth preparation tools
​
24/7 access to my virtual support via text/call from the moment we sign our contract through 8-weeks postpartum
​
*Postpartum meal support available as an add-on service

Postpartum Hourly Support
$60/hr $40/hr (4-6 hours)
A "build your own adventure" service. You choose how I can best support you!

Household help (light cleaning, dishes, laundry, organizing)
​
Meal prep (I cook in your kitchen with ingredients you purchase*)
​
Emotional support (birth debriefing & compassionate, non-judgmental listening)
​
Newborn care (hands-on support from me while you take care of your other needs, and/or sharing tips & tricks with you for your own toolkit)
​
Postpartum physical healing and mental health check-in
​
Referrals to local & online resources for your specific needs
​
*Postpartum meal support where I cook in my home and bring the food to you available as an add-on service
Abortion Support Package
$300Â $145
This package includes:
​
1-hour virtual meeting for informational counseling before your abortion
​
Support during your abortion* (home or clinic, in-person or virtual)
​
Abortion Care Kit (hand picked items to support your healing and comfort, delivered to you in-person)
​
24/7 access to my virtual support via text/call 4-weeks post-abortion
​
*I can also help with transportation to and from the clinic (within certain distances)
